We are also able to provide a small family activity pack which we hope will encourage family bonding, kick start healthy activities and provide the opportunity to enter into a monthly prize draw. This extra is to encourage families to engage in shared activities and perhaps change habits in order to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. Through our network we are also able to promote various family events which will aid in families becoming active together.
