Positive Focus
Positive Focus sessions introduce MPT participants to health and wellbeing opportunities through a variety of interactive ways.
Individually or through groups, we aim to encourage people to develop alternative coping strategies and build personal resilience. Sessions are designed to reduce and encourage anger/anxiety management, relaxation, assertion, communication skills, problem solving and self-control.
The sessions will look to enhance the individual’s sense of choice about how they deal with difficult situations and feelings.
